The Clerk — AI monitors, proposals and case Q&A

The Clerk is Clerkly's AI assistant. It proposes; it never decides. Every change it suggests waits for a person to approve it.

Monitors

Once an hour, deterministic checks scan your cases for things like stalled treatment, unanswered demands, upcoming unconfirmed deadlines and follow-ups that are due. Each finding becomes a proposal.

Proposals

The Clerk page lists proposals with their reasoning and the exact records they cite. You can:

  • Approve — the action runs as you, with your permissions, and is written to the audit log.
  • Dismiss — the proposal closes and the monitor won't repeat itself for the same condition.

The Clerk can never write to a case directly — approval is the only path.

Case Q&A

Ask questions about a case in plain language. Every answer cites the documents, bills and notes it used, and each citation is re-verified on the server before it's shown — if a citation can't be verified, it isn't displayed.
