Demand packages

Draft demands with verified source tokens ({{tokens}} and [[citations]]) so every figure traces back to a recorded bill, record or note. Four-state checklists keep time-limited demands compliant.

Offer & Release Analyzer

When an offer letter arrives, "Fill in from this letter with AI" extracts the amount, deadline and conditions — each with the page and exact quote. The amount is only filled when the quote genuinely shows it. The release review walks all 11 checklist items with quotes, and flags amount mismatches, surprise confidentiality clauses, "all persons" wording and extra claims. The attorney decides every item; the AI never marks anything as passed on its own.

Settlement statements

Accepted settlements produce a distribution statement — fee, costs, liens and net to client — that locks once approved. Client acceptance and authority limits are enforced before any statement can be finalized.
