Drafting with verified figures

Demand drafts use source tokens — {{tokens}} for figures and [[citations]] for source references. Every dollar amount in the draft traces back to a recorded bill, record or note, so the AI can't invent a number. If a figure has no source, the draft shows a gap for you to fill, not a guess.

State checklists

Each demand runs against the checklist for its state (California, Nevada, Utah or Arizona). Time-limited demands get the required wording, delivery method and response window checks for that state.

Damages calculation

The damages section totals medical specials, lost wages and other damages from the case ledger — the same locked numbers that feed the settlement statement later.

Sending

Export the demand package as a stamped PDF with its index and exhibits, then send it through your usual channel and record the sent date on the demand.
