The client portal and treatment check-ins

Clients sign in to a portal showing their case status, upcoming milestones and a secure message channel — nothing internal ever appears there.

Customizing the journey

Settings → Portal lets you write a welcome message in English and Spanish, choose which journey milestones clients see, and turn treatment check-ins on or off. Every milestone needs both English and Spanish labels.

Treatment check-ins

When enabled, clients get a check-in request on your chosen cadence (every 7–180 days, default 30). Their answers flow straight to The Clerk: a new provider or ended treatment becomes a proposal assigned to the case manager, so your team hears about treatment changes without chasing anyone.

Portal inbox

Client messages and check-in responses land in the Portal inbox, where your team replies in threaded conversations.
