Plans, billing and AI units

Clerkly has three plans — Starter, Growth and Firm — billed monthly or annually (annual saves about 15%). Every firm starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required.

Seats and AI units

Each plan includes a number of seats and a monthly allotment of AI units, which power document reading, extraction and drafting. Extra seats can be added from Settings → Billing.

If payment fails

A failed payment puts the firm into a grace period: your team keeps read access, billing and member management, and can still confirm deadlines — billing trouble never blocks a deadline. After cancellation, the firm stays viewable for 90 days.

Managing billing

Settings → Billing shows your plan, seats, AI unit usage and invoices, and links to the secure billing portal for card changes.
